18—Amendment of section 51—Matters Regulator must take into account in preparing risk assessment and risk management plan

        (1)         Section 51(1)(a)—delete "mentioned in section 49(2)(a) to (f)" and substitute:

prescribed by the regulations

        (2)         Section 51(1)(b)—delete paragraph (b)

        (3)         Section 51(2)(b)—delete paragraph (b)
