GENE TECHNOLOGY (MISCELLANEOUS) AMENDMENT ACT 2008 (NO 46 OF 2008) - SECT 22

22—Amendment of section 60—Period of licence

Section 60—after subsection (2) insert:

        (3)         A licence issued as a result of an inadvertent dealings application must not be expressed to be in force for a period of longer than 12 months.
