South Australian Numbered Acts South Australian Numbered Acts (1) The Governor may,
by proclamation, declare that specified provisions of the Public Sector
Management Act 1995 apply, with such modifications as may be prescribed
in the proclamation, in relation to persons employed as a member of the staff
of an incorporated hospital, or any class of such persons.
(2) A proclamation has
effect according to its terms.
(3) The Governor may,
by subsequent proclamation, vary or revoke a proclamation under this section.
