9—Amendment of section 92—Conflict of interest

Section 92(3), definition of "health employee"—delete the definition and substitute:

"health employee" means—

            (a)         a person employed at an incorporated hospital or as a member of the staff of SAAS; or

            (b)         a person employed under section 89.
