South Australian Numbered Acts South Australian Numbered Acts27—Commissioner may require information from wholesalers
(1) The Commissioner
may, by notice in writing, for any purpose associated with the administration
or operation of this Act, require a person carrying on the business of selling
prescribed equipment by wholesale to provide the information specified in the
notice to the Commissioner in the manner, and within the period, specified in
the notice.
(2) A person must not,
without reasonable excuse, refuse or fail to comply with a requirement made
under subsection (1).
Maximum penalty: $5 000.
Expiation fee: $315.
