Act, an irrigation trust may appoint a board of management of the trust to
carry out the day to day operations of the trust and to manage its general
affairs.
(2) The members of a
board of management of a trust must be members of the trust.
(3) The
presiding member of the trust will also be the presiding member of a
board of management of the trust.
