irrigation trust may establish committees (which may, but need not, consist of
or include members of the trust) to advise the trust on any aspects of its
functions, or to assist it in the performance of its functions.
(2) A
board of management of an irrigation trust may establish committees (which
may, but need not, consist of or include members of the board of management)
to advise the board on any aspects of its functions, or to assist it in the
performance of its functions.
