South Australian Numbered Acts South Australian Numbered Acts27—Supply or delivery of water for other purposes
(1) In addition to
supplying or delivering water for other purposes, an irrigation trust may
supply or deliver water for domestic or other purposes under an agreement with
any other person.
(2) A trust must not
supply or deliver water for domestic purposes if a supply of water under the
Waterworks Act 1932 is available for those purposes.
