IRRIGATION ACT 2009 (NO 13 OF 2009) - SECT 53

53—Trust may remit interest and discount charges

        (1)         An irrigation trust may remit the whole, or part, of the amount of any interest payable to the trust.

        (2)         An irrigation trust may discount charges to encourage early payment of the charges.
