34—Amendment of Schedule 4—Material to be included in the annual report of a council

        (1)         Schedule 4, clause 1(d)—delete paragraph (d)

        (2)         Schedule 4, clause 2—after paragraph (a) insert:

            (ab)         the council's performance against its annual business plan for the relevant financial year;
