16—Amendment of section 16—Sick leave

        (1)         Section 16(1)—delete subsection (1) and substitute:

        (1)         Subject to this section, a magistrate is entitled to 12 working days sick leave in respect of each completed year of service.

        (2)         Section 16—delete "stipendiary" wherever occurring
