4—Amendment of section 3—Interpretation

        (1)         Section 3(1), definition of "minor statutory proceeding , (ba)—delete "$25 000" and substitute:

        (2)         Section 3(1), definition of "small claim"—delete "$25 000" and substitute:

$12 000

        (3)         Section 3(4)(a) and (b)—delete "$25 000" wherever occurring and substitute in each case:
