21—Amendment of section 202—Right of appeal

        (1)         Section 202(1)(b)(ii)—after "water management authorisation" insert:

, a forest water licence

        (2)         Section 202(1)(b)—after paragraph (iii) insert:

                  (iv)         an applicant for the transfer of a water allocation attached to a forest water licence may appeal to the Court against a refusal to grant the application;
