PRINCE ALFRED COLLEGE INCORPORATION (VARIATION OF CONSTITUTION) AMENDMENT ACT 2010 (NO 27 OF 2010) - SECT 3

3—Amendment of section 19—Variation of Constitution

Section 19(4)—delete subsection (4) and substitute:

        (4)         A variation must be passed by at least three quarters of the members of the Council (and if the calculation of three quarters of the members results in a fraction, that fraction will be rounded up).
