77—Service
Without affecting any other method of serving documents on the partners in a
limited partnership or on an incorporated limited partnership—
(a) a
document concerning the business of a limited partnership may be duly served
on partners in the partnership; or
(b) a
document concerning the business of an incorporated limited partnership may be
duly served on the partnership,
if it is left at, or sent by post addressed to, the registered office of
the firm for the time being shown in the Register.
