27—Amendment of section 37—Order compelling compliance with
direction of conciliator
Sections 37(1) and (2)—delete subsections (1) and (2) and substitute:
(1) If a person or
body refuses or fails to comply with a direction of the conciliator, any party
to the proceedings before the conciliator may apply to the District Court for
an order to compel that person or body to comply with the direction.
(2) On an application
under this section, the District Court must, unless satisfied that the
direction of the conciliator is unjust or unreasonable, make an order
requiring the person or body against whom the direction was made to comply
with the direction.
