1 The
person holding the position of Director of Administration, however referred
to, immediately before the commencement of section 14, will be taken, on
commencement of that section, to have been appointed as the Director of
Administration under the Pitjantjatjara Land Rights Act 1981 as amended
by this Act.
2 The person holding the position of General
Manager, however referred to, immediately before the commencement of
section 14, will be taken, on commencement of that section, to have been
appointed as the General Manager under the Pitjantjatjara Land Rights
Act 1981 as amended by this Act.
