PHYSIOTHERAPY PRACTICE ACT 2005 (NO 26 OF 2005) - SECT 26

26—Authority conferred by registration on register

Subject to any restrictions, limitations or conditions imposed under this Act—

            (a)         registration on the physiotherapy student register authorises the person to provide physiotherapy in prescribed circumstances;

            (b)         registration on the register of physiotherapists authorises the person to provide physiotherapy.
