PODIATRY PRACTICE ACT 2005 (NO 9 OF 2005) - SECT 26

26—Authority conferred by registration

Subject to any restrictions, limitations or conditions imposed under this Act—

            (a)         registration on the podiatry student register authorises the person to provide podiatric treatment in prescribed circumstances;

            (b)         registration on the general register authorises the person to provide podiatric treatment;

            (c)         registration on the specialist register authorises the person to provide podiatric treatment in the specialty in which he or she is so registered.
