South Australian Numbered Acts South Australian Numbered Acts (1) The Council is to
consist of up to 11 persons appointed by the Minister who have such
experience, skills and qualifications as the Minister considers appropriate to
enable them to make a contribution to the work of the Council.
(2) An act or decision
of the Council is not invalid merely because of—
(a) a
defect or irregularity in, or in connection with, the appointment of a member;
or
(b) a
vacancy in the membership of the Council.
