14—Duties and limitations on powers
(1) A protective
security officer has any duties imposed by the Commissioner.
(2) The
Commissioner—
(a) may
impose a limitation on the duties or powers of a protective security officer
by—
(i)
the instrument of appointment of the officer; or
(ii)
notice in writing to the officer; and
(b) may
vary or revoke such a limitation by notice in writing to the officer.
(3) A limitation under
this section may entirely exclude the exercise by a protective security
officer of powers under Part 4.
(4) Limitations
imposed under this section may vary from 1 protective security officer to
another.
