(1) An apparently
genuine document purporting to be signed by the Minister certifying
that—
(a) a
specified person was, at a specified time, a protected person; or
(b) a
specified place was, at a specified time, a protected place; or
(c) a
specified vehicle was, at a specified time, a protected vehicle,
will be accepted as proof, in the absence of proof to the contrary, of the
matter so certified.
(2) An apparently
genuine document purporting to be signed by the Commissioner certifying that a
specified person was, at a specified time, a protective security officer with
specified powers under this Act will be accepted as proof, in the absence of
proof to the contrary, of the matter so certified.
