RECREATION GROUNDS (REGULATIONS) (PENALTIES) AMENDMENT ACT 2010 (NO 25 OF 2010) - SECT 3

3—Amendment of section 3—General regulations relating to recreation grounds

        (1)         Section 3(1)(d)—delete "about to enter, entering, being on, or quitting, any" and substitute:

on, or in the vicinity of, a

        (2)         Section 3(1)(j)—delete "two hundred dollars" and substitute:

$5 000

        (3)         Section 3(1)—after paragraph (j) insert:

            (k)         prescribing expiation fees (not exceeding $315) for alleged offences against the regulations.
