RENMARK IRRIGATION TRUST ACT 2009 (NO 14 OF 2009) - SECT 4

4—Continuation of trust

        (1)         The Renmark Irrigation Trust continues as the Renmark Irrigation Trust .

        (2)         The trust—

            (a)         continues as a body corporate; and

            (b)         has perpetual succession and a common seal; and

            (c)         can sue and be sued in its corporate name; and

            (d)         has the functions and powers assigned or conferred by or under this or any other Act.
