RENMARK IRRIGATION TRUST ACT 2009 (NO 14 OF 2009) - SECT 67

67—Protection of irrigation system etc

A person who, without lawful authority, interferes with any part of an irrigation or drainage system or with any property of the trust used in, or in connection with, the irrigation or drainage of land is guilty of an offence.

Maximum penalty: $20 000.

Expiation fee: $750.
