The piece of land delineated and coloured blue in the plan signed J.H.
McNamara, Surveyor-General, and deposited in the Land Office of 5 August 1936,
and numbered 324, and therein marked "X", will, so far as that land has
not been alienated by the trust, continue to be vested in the trust, to be
held by the trust in fee simple under this Act.
