5—Amendment of section 43—Annual report

        (1)         Section 43(2)(g)—delete "public sector"

        (2)         Section 43(3)—delete subsection (3) and substitute:

        (3)         The national regulations may make provision in relation to the preparation and auditing of financial statements.
