An approval of the Minister given under Part 2 Division 2 of the Road Traffic Act 1961
before the commencement of this Act continues in operation after the commencement of this Act and has effect, in relation to a work area or work site in existence at the commencement of this Act, as if it were a permit or approval (as the case may require) referred to in section 20(4) of that Act as substituted by this Act.
