South Australian Numbered Acts South Australian Numbered Acts(1) The Corporation must, within 7 days after receiving a request from a worker's employer (or a representative of such an employer), provide the employer (or the representative) with copies of reports in the Corporation's possession prepared by health practitioners and relevant to the worker's medical condition, the worker's progress in recovery, or the extent of the worker's capacity for work.
(2) An employer must not disclose confidential information about a worker in a report obtained under this section except as may be necessary—
(a) to assist the worker's recovery or return to work; or
(b) for the purposes of proceedings under this Act.
