RETURN TO WORK ACT 2014 (NO 16 OF 2014) - SECT 191

191—No contracting out

        (1)         This Act applies despite any contract to the contrary.

        (2)         Subsection (1) does not apply to or in relation to—

            (a)         a contract entered into with the consent of the Corporation; or

            (b)         any circumstances prescribed by the regulations.
