RETURN TO WORK ACT 2014 (NO 16 OF 2014) - SECT 68

68—Injuries arising from employment on ships

If a work injury arises from employment on a ship the amount of the compensation is not subject to any limitation imposed by the Merchant Shipping Act 1894 of the United Kingdom.
