South Australian Numbered Acts South Australian Numbered ActsIf, immediately before the commencement of this section, a person holds an environmental authorisation granted or renewed by the Authority under the Environment Protection Act 1993 purportedly as a sustainability licence or accredited sustainability licence, the environmental authorisation will be taken to have been endorsed under Part 6A of that Act as a sustainability licence on the basis of the measures, auditing programme and review programme specified in connection with the purported sustainability licence or accredited sustainability licence.
