STATUTES AMENDMENT (BUDGET 2010) ACT 2010 (NO 22 OF 2010) - SECT 2

2—Commencement

        (1)         Subject to this section, this Act will come into operation on a day to be fixed by proclamation.

        (2)         Parts 2 and 6, sections 62 and 64 and Part 14 will come into operation on 1 July 2011.

        (3)         Part 4 will be taken to have come into operation on 17 September 2010.

        (4)         Part 8 will be taken to have come into operation on 1 July 2010.

        (5)         Part 9 will come into operation on 1 January 2011.
