57—Amendment of section 62—Evidence

Section 62—after subsection (1) insert:

        (1a)         In subsection (1)(ca)—

"certificate" means a bulk end user certificate issued by the Commissioner under Part 2A of this Act before the repeal of that Part by the Statutes Amendment (Budget 2010) Act 2010 .
