2—Commencement

        (1)         Subject to this section, this Act will come into operation on the day on which it is assented to by the Governor.

will come into operation on a day to be fixed by proclamation.

        (3)         Part 6

will be taken to have come into operation at midnight on 30 June 2016.

        (4)         Section 94

will be taken to have come into operation on 20 June 2016.

and 96

to 108

(inclusive) will be taken to have come into operation on 1 July 2016.
