STATUTES AMENDMENT (UNIVERSITIES) ACT 2005 (NO 29 OF 2005) - SECT 33

33—Amendment of section 4—Establishment of the University

        (1)         Section 4(2)—delete subsection (2) and substitute:

        (2)         Subject to section 6, the University is a body corporate invested with full juristic capacity and unfettered discretion, subject to the laws of this State, to conduct its affairs in the manner it thinks fit.

        (2)         Section 4(3)—after "instrumentality" insert:
