STATUTES AMENDMENT (SENTENCING) ACT 2017 (NO 53 OF 2017) - SECT 7

7—Amendment of Schedule 1—Class 1 and 2 offences

        (1)         Schedule 1, clause 2(k)—delete "section 20B(1)(b) of the Criminal Law (Sentencing) Act 1988

" and substitute:

section 53(1)(c) of the Sentencing Act 2017

        (2)         Schedule 1, clause 2(l)—delete "section 23 of the Criminal Law (Sentencing) Act 1988

" and substitute:

section 57 of the Sentencing Act 2017
