4—Amendment of section 3—Interpretation

        (1)         Section 3(1), definition of "historic relic"—before paragraph (a) insert:

            (aa)         an article to which section 4A(3) or (4) applies;

        (2)         Section 3(1), definition of "historic shipwreck —before paragraph (a) insert:

            (aa)         the remains of a ship to which section 4A(1) or (2) applies;
