STATUTES AMENDMENT (ENVIRONMENT AND CONSERVATION PORTFOLIO) ACT 2005 (NO 20 OF 2005) - SECT 50

50—Amendment of section 31—Plans of management

        (1)         Section 31(3)—delete subsection (3) and substitute:

        (3)         If the plan of management will relate to a wilderness protection zone, the Minister must give a copy of the notice to the Minister responsible for the administration of the Mining Act 1971 .

        (2)         Section 31(8)—delete subsection (8)
