        (1)         Section 8(1)(a)—delete paragraph (a)

        (2)         Section 8(1)(d)—delete paragraph (d)

        (3)         Section 8(1)(da)—delete "South Australian Independent Pricing and Access Regulator at that regulator's" and substitute:

        (4)         Section 8(2) and (3)—delete subsections (2) and (3)
