29—Amendment of section 70—Disconnection of electricity supply

        (1)         Section 70(3)—after "without the" insert:

        (2)         Section 70(3), penalty provision—delete the penalty provision and substitute:

Maximum penalty: $50 000.

Expiation fee: $1 000.
