STATUTES AMENDMENT AND REPEAL (AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW) ACT 2010 (NO 23 OF 2010) - LONG TITLE
An Act to amend the Fair Trading Act 1987 to make provision for the
application of the Australian Consumer Law as a law of South Australia; to
amend the Statutes Amendment and Repeal (Fair Trading) Act 2009; and to repeal
the Fair Trading (Telemarketing) Amendment Act 2009, the Manufacturers
Warranties Act 1974 and the Trade Standards Act 1979 .
