South Australian Numbered Acts South Australian Numbered ActsAn assurance in connection with a matter in relation to which the Commissioner has a power or function under Part 10 of the Fair Trading Act 1987 included in the register of assurances maintained under section 80 of that Act immediately before the commencement of section 16 of this Act will be taken to be an undertaking for the purposes of section 218 of the Australian Consumer Law (SA) accepted by the Commissioner in connection with the relevant matter.
