4—Amendment of section 21—Applications

        (1)         Section 21(1)(d)—delete "director or executive officer of the licensee" and substitute:

designated person in relation to the licensee

        (2)         Section 21(2)(c)(iii)—delete "director or executive officer of the licensee" and substitute:

designated person in relation to the licensee
