STATUTES AMENDMENT (SMALL BUSINESS COMMISSION AND RETAIL AND COMMERCIAL LEASES) ACT 2024 (NO 65 OF 2024) - SECT 16

16—Amendment of section 10—Staff etc

        (1)         Section 10(1)—delete "Commissioner's" and substitute:

Commission's

        (2)         Section 10—delete "the Commissioner" wherever occurring and substitute in each case:

the Commission

        (3)         Section 10(1)—before paragraph (a) insert:

        (a1)         the Deputy and any acting Commissioner appointed under section 8; and
