STATUTES AMENDMENT (SMALL BUSINESS COMMISSION AND RETAIL AND COMMERCIAL LEASES) ACT 2024 (NO 65 OF 2024) - SECT 57

57—Amendment of section 46—Interpretation

        (1)         Section 46, definition of "Commissioner"—delete the definition

        (2)         Section 46, definition of "Minister", (b)—delete " Small Business Commissioner Act 2011

" and substitute:

Small Business Commission Act 2011

        (3)         Section 46—after the definition of "Minister" insert:

"Responsible authority" means—

            (a)         the Commissioner for Consumer Affairs; or

            (b)         the Small Business Commission.
