        (1)         Section 97(2)(b)—delete "Commissioner" and substitute:

Small Business Commission, the Commissioner for Consumer Affairs

        (2)         Section 97(3a)(b)—delete " Small Business Commissioner Act 2011

" and substitute:

Small Business Commission Act 2011
