9—The members

The members of the Tribunal are—

            (a)         the President; and

            (b)         the Deputy President or Deputy Presidents; and

            (c)         the magistrates who are designated as members of the Tribunal under this Act; and

            (d)         the senior members; and

            (e)         the ordinary members; and

            (f)         assessors.
