STATUTES AMENDMENT (PLANNING, DEVELOPMENT AND INFRASTRUCTURE) ACT 2017 (NO 5 OF 2017) - SECT 8

8—Amendment of section 73—Preparation and amendment

        (1)         Section 73(1)—before paragraph (a) insert:

            (aa)         in relation to a state planning policy—the Commission acting at the request of the Minister; or

        (2)         Section 73(2)—before paragraph (a) insert:

            (aa)         in relation to a state planning policy—the Commission acting at the request of the Minister; or
