STATUTES AMENDMENT (NATIONAL ENERGY LAWS) (OTHER GASES) ACT 2023 (NO 36 OF 2023) - SECT 75

75—Amendment of section 11—Local area retailers

Section 11(4)—delete subsection (4) and substitute:

        (4)         A nomination of a retailer may relate to 1 or more of the following:

            (a)         electricity;

            (b)         natural gas and natural gas equivalents;

            (c)         1 or more types of prescribed covered gas.
